1. Who we are

Gapyra is provided by José Leonardo Pinto Gonçalves, an individual seller based in Portugal ("we", "us"). By using Gapyra you are contracting with José Leonardo Pinto Gonçalves. Contact: gurusmastermind@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. The service

Gapyra produces AI-assisted market research reports on app and SaaS ideas, using public data from the Google Play and Apple App Store plus AI-generated analysis. Reports are sold per report through credit packs.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service); reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits; or using the AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or attempting to jailbreak the AI.

6. AI output and no advice

Reports contain observed data and AI estimates that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Revenue figures are simulations, and scores are comparative, not guarantees. Reports are for general information only and are not financial, investment, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying outputs, and for decisions you make. We may remove content, filter outputs or restrict accounts to enforce these terms.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You keep rights to the ideas you submit and may use the reports you purchase for your own purposes. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service. Rights-holders can report infringing content to gurusmastermind@gmail.com; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Store data depends on third parties and may be temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

10. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your reports may be deleted after 30 days.

12. General

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
